Booking and payment
- You can book on our website, on WhatsApp or by email. A booking is confirmed when we send you a confirmation with your meeting or pickup time.
- No online payment is taken for shared cruises and guided tours. You pay on the day, in cash in euro, US dollar or Turkish lira, or by card where the tour page says so.
- Prices are per person and include what is listed on each tour page, such as transport, a professional guide, entrance fees and meals. Anything not listed, such as extra drinks, is charged separately.
Cancellation
- Cancel or change the date free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of your cruise or tour. For private shore excursions the limit is 72 hours.
- Late cancellations and no-shows cannot be refunded.
- Private yacht cruises, celebrations, weddings and corporate events follow our private tour cancellation terms (30% advance payment, balance 48 hours before).
Pickups and timing
- Please be ready 10 minutes before your pickup time. Traffic in Istanbul can be unpredictable, so pickups may be up to 30 minutes later than the stated time; we always do our best to be punctual.
- Free hotel pickup, where included, is from central hotels on the European side of the city. Guests staying on the Asian side or in private apartments are met at an agreed point nearby.
- Cruises run on a fixed schedule and cannot wait for late guests. The length of stops shown in our timetables is approximate.
Weather and changes
- Itineraries may change because of weather, sea conditions, traffic or the closing days of museums and palaces. When a sight is closed, we visit a similar one instead.
- If a cruise is cancelled because of bad weather or an official warning, you choose a new date or cancel at no cost.
Children
Children's prices are shown on each tour page. On most tours, children up to 4 years join for free and children from 5 to 7 or 8 years receive a 30% discount.
On the day
- Please follow the instructions of your guide and crew and be at the meeting points on time.
- Dress for mosque visits by covering shoulders and knees; women also need a scarf for their hair.
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during the tour.
